HOW TO BE AN EAGLE
Hello everybody today we will be talking about how we'll become the best Eagle crew ever. Being an Eagle is a tough job.
Our morning mantra
At the start of each week, we chose our mantra by someone pulling one out of a pot. Once chosen, we write it at the top of our huge whiteboard. In our crew (class) we do a mantra where we take multiple calming breaths so that we feel refreshed for the rest of the day and then shout out a positive phrase to get our energy out of us: for example, "TODAY IS GOING TO BE A GOOD DAY!"
Steps to be an amazing eagle
3) Meet Miss Dace's HIGH standards
4) Be a crew member not a passenger (take part)
5) Be happy and kind
6) Follow our class contract
7) Include everyone
8) Make lots of friends
9) Follow the school rules
10) Have a growth mindset
