Forest school
As you probably know it was pancake day on Tuesday the 21st of February so, guess what we did?
We made pancakes on an open fire in the forest. So, what do you think is the best topping for your pancake?
Here are our opinions.
We always play a game before the 'main opportunity' which on that day was flipping pancakes (bendy whiteboards) on to pans (plastic tennis rackets) in the rain which we found really hard since we all couldn't flip them and we all just got really wet. Then we moved on to the main opportunity which started with the class making the pancake batter out of flour, milk and eggs beaten together to make a basic batter which we cooked on a open fire which was so much better than your average stove. I flipped one and I actually landed it! I had honey and sugar on it and it was yummy!

I really like how you have included the poll you took of your pancake topping. However, I wish you included some pictures of your pancakes!
