What we do in VIP Monday By Lincoln
VIP Monday is where we get invited to spend some time with Mrs Martin in her office.
It's exciting on some Mondays because we might get a letter. When we open the envelope, it is an invitation to VIP Monday and tells us what we did well. Reasons could be that we've improved in reading, increasing the pace of our learning, confidently to visitors, quality handwriting & accurate spelling, persevering with maths, etc.
When it's playtime, we go down to Mrs Martin's office and she makes us hot chocolate and let's us choose biscuits too.☕🍪 We also can have small marshmallows in the hot chocolate. When you drink the hot chocolate it's like heaven in your mouth that you just want to have more. You can talk to Mrs Martin while having your hot chocolate and she likes to find out about what we've been up to. When you eat the biscuits, you will have the delicious chocolate in your mouth. Sometimes you can be late back to class because you can be talking a little too much!
The experience overall is lovely and exciting because we get hot chocolate and biscuits and we get to chat.
When we finish, Mrs Martin or us will put the cups in the sink and we grab our stuff ready to go back. But VIP Monday is only for Eagles not other classes.
